READ THIS BEFORE YOU FLY.

STONKBIRDS is a collectible plus a Nest vault, not an investment manager. This page states plainly what a Bird, a Nest, $STONKBIRDS, and the Flock are — and are not — before you connect a wallet, mint, or buy someone else's Bird.

01

WHAT STONKBIRDS IS

STONKBIRDS is 2,026 Birds. A Bird is the key to a Nest. BIRDEX is the first-party ETH secondary market — not the name of the whole product.

  • BIRD — your access key. An ERC-721 collectible. Sell the Bird, sell the Nest.
  • NEST — the Bird's vault and Flight Plan. ETH you deposit, ETH Clock In pays, tokens Flight buys. You author it. You can pause or revoke it.
  • $STONKBIRDS — the ERC-20 you burn to leave Grounded. Burns unlock tools and set Clock In weight. They are not a stake and not refundable.
  • FLOCK — discovery, rankings, and copy. A way to see what other Birds are flying — not a signal to copy blindly, and not investment advice.
  • BIRDEX — our native marketplace. StonkBirds is the first collection. Royalty 5%. The Nest travels with the Bird.
A Bird is a collectible and a Nest key. It is not a share, not a fund, and not a claim on protocol revenue.
02

WHAT STONKBIRDS NEVER CLAIMS

Some structures blur the line between a collectible and a security. STONKBIRDS draws that line on purpose, in plain language:

  • You do not earn stocks by holding a Bird. Holding a Bird does not, by itself, generate assets, yield, or rewards. Grounded Birds are off Nest Booster payroll. Nothing accrues from ownership alone.
  • A Bird is not an “NFT-backed fund.” It does not represent fractional ownership of a protocol, and Nest Booster ETH is not a dividend, interest, or revenue share.
  • A Bird is not itself a share. Where a Nest buys tokenized stock exposure, that exposure is a tokenised instrument offered through official infrastructure to eligible users — never manufactured by STONKBIRDS as a share certificate.
  • Marketplace activity is not passive income. BIRDEX fees and royalties fund the Nest Booster pot and treasury. They create no entitlement to protocol revenue for Bird holders.
  • STONKBIRDS does not invest for you. Every Flight follows a Flight Plan you set, inside a spend ceiling you authorized, from ETH you deposited. Pause or revoke anytime. Nothing discretionary.
  • Nothing here is a guaranteed basket, “real yield,” or a promised Clock In paycheck. Markets move in both directions. A Nest can lose money, including all of it. Clock In figures are estimated.
03

THE BIRD: KEY, NOT SECURITY

A Bird is one of 2,026 ERC-721 tokens — identity, access, and the Nest that travels with it. Collectible value is driven by the market for the collectible itself, not by any promised return.

Birds are collectibles and software-access primitives. They are not funds, securities, or a claim on treasury.
04

THE NEST: YOUR VAULT, YOUR DIRECTION

A Nest is user-directed: you pick the names, you set the weights (or accept equal weight at Fledgling), you set the cadence and the spend ceiling. STONKBIRDS does not exercise discretion over a Nest, does not auto-rebalance it, and does not decide what a Nest buys.

Copying a public Nest copies the primary Flight Plan only — your capital, your vault, your authorization. It does not send funds to the original Bird and does not make anyone an asset manager.

05

TOKENISED STOCKS

Where a Nest is configured to buy tokenized stock exposure, those instruments are offered through official infrastructure to eligible users in supported jurisdictions. Availability is restricted, including in the United States.

A Bird is not itself a share. STONKBIRDS is a product and access layer — not the issuer of the underlying equity.

06

WHAT MOVES WHEN A BIRD TRANSFERS

Transferring a Bird transfers the collectible and control of its NestVault — including whatever assets sit there, the Flight Plan, and the track record. Withdraw before you list if you do not want the Nest to travel. Activation tier and time-on-wing clear. The buyer burns again.

OpenSea does not lock the Nest. BIRDEX can refuse list or buy while approvals are live. Check the listing, not just the artwork.

Sell the Bird, sell the Nest.
07

TODAY'S STATUS

The current public transaction path is the TESTBIRD rehearsal on Robinhood Chain. Mint, wallet inventory, activation, BIRDEX, Nest funding, and Clock In read and write the configured contracts; they do not fall back to browser-generated ownership, balances, or settlement. TESTBIRD and TestBird NFTs are test assets, not the official STONKBIRDS launch.

STONKBIRDS does not publish synthetic product analytics or substitute browser-generated financial records. When an authoritative portfolio reader is unavailable, Nest and Bird pages show the unavailable state and related actions remain disabled.

08

NOT ADVICE, NOT A GUARANTEE

Nothing on STONKBIRDS — the site, the docs, the mechanics, the tokenomics, or this disclaimer — is investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any security. Markets carry risk of loss, including total loss.

You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility. STONKBIRDS may update product, mechanics, or this disclaimer as new phases ship — the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

This page is a plain-language disclosure, not legal, tax, or investment advice. See the landing, Flight, and fee loop.
STONKBIRDS · RISK NOTICE

BEFORE THIS BIRD FLIES.

Before you connect a wallet or buy a Bird, read and acknowledge the rules below. A sharp Bird checks the branch before landing.

  • STONKBIRDS is experimental software. Features, availability, data, and rules may change or stop without notice.
  • This is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer, recommendation, or promise to buy or sell a security or digital asset.
  • BIRDEX market actions are live blockchain transactions. Listings and purchases settle in ETH on Robinhood Chain and may be irreversible. Confirm every wallet prompt, address, Bird, price, approval, and network before signing.
  • Sell the Bird, sell the Nest. There is no art-only sale and no Nest-only sale. You receive whatever is in the vault. Transfer clears the seat. You can withdraw as owner. You cannot fly, Zap, Copy, or Clock In until you activate.
  • STONKBIRDS never substitutes product data. When an authoritative live reader is unavailable, the affected value remains unavailable and related actions stay disabled.
  • Future live digital-asset use could involve total loss. Assets may be volatile, illiquid, interrupted, hacked, or lose all value; wallet and smart-contract actions may be irreversible.
  • You are responsible for your own flight plan. Understand every action, secure your wallet, research independently, and comply with the laws, restrictions, and taxes that apply where you live.
DO NOT FLY BLIND.Never commit more money or digital assets than you can afford to lose completely. If you do not understand an action or its consequences, do not continue.
