STONKBIRDS · RISK NOTICE

BEFORE THIS BIRD FLIES.

Before you connect a wallet or buy a Bird, read and acknowledge the rules below. A sharp Bird checks the branch before landing.

  • STONKBIRDS is experimental software. Features, availability, data, and rules may change or stop without notice.
  • This is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer, recommendation, or promise to buy or sell a security or digital asset.
  • BIRDEX market actions are live blockchain transactions. Listings and purchases settle in ETH on Robinhood Chain and may be irreversible. Confirm every wallet prompt, address, Bird, price, approval, and network before signing.
  • Sell the Bird, sell the Nest. There is no art-only sale and no Nest-only sale. You receive whatever is in the vault. Transfer clears the seat. You can withdraw as owner. You cannot fly, Zap, Copy, or Clock In until you activate.
  • STONKBIRDS never substitutes product data. When an authoritative live reader is unavailable, the affected value remains unavailable and related actions stay disabled.
  • Future live digital-asset use could involve total loss. Assets may be volatile, illiquid, interrupted, hacked, or lose all value; wallet and smart-contract actions may be irreversible.
  • You are responsible for your own flight plan. Understand every action, secure your wallet, research independently, and comply with the laws, restrictions, and taxes that apply where you live.
DO NOT FLY BLIND.Never commit more money or digital assets than you can afford to lose completely. If you do not understand an action or its consequences, do not continue.
